Final word count for today? For values of "today" meaning 4am on Sunday? 20,036. And, I have a baby hat and mittens finished for the shower tomorrow and a sweater that just needs sleeves. It's really not a hand knit present from me if I don't have to wrap it half finished with a note of explanation. It's just how I roll.

I just wrote 1400 words by creating a fictitious Wikipedia entry about my main character. Character background and word count, all in one fell swoop. I bet I can make 2000 words today if I make one for his boyfriend too.

edit: And after the boyfriend's page, we are sitting pretty at 2,153 words for the day.

Earlier today, I told myself that November was going to be for catching up on the 47 library books I have checked out, and knitting. So much knitting to do. Therefore, I am not exactly sure how I ended up with 2300 words of a Nano, plus an awesome iTunes playlist to go along with it, but that appears to be what I have right now.
